This company is a fraud and scammer. I was charged over $1000 for an office space quoted at $389 per month. They have so many hidden fees that’s not disclosed. Also, the retainer deposit doesn’t get refunded back to you. The contract states 30 days for a refund of the retainer but I am well over 60 days. Most of all, they don’t respond to your emails.

Disappointing Experience with Regus - Hidden Fees and Deceptive Pricing I had a very disappointing experience with Regus. The sales team initially quoted a price that seemed reasonable, but I ended up paying almost triple the quoted amount due to unexpected charges. I was assured a straightforward rate, but the final cost was far higher than what I was led to believe. To make things worse, when I decided to move out, I encountered a hidden fee that had never been disclosed. Regus charged me nearly $300 for a cleaning fee for a 5x7 space that didn’t require any cleaning. This extra cost was both unexpected and frustrating, especially given the size of the space and the fact that it was left in good condition. The experience left me feeling misled by Regus’s sales tactics and frustrated by their lack of transparency. I would caution anyone considering Regus to be wary of unexpected costs and to ask for full transparency in the quoted price.

Mail service is terrible. Bookkeeping is terrible. I've had 2 accounts for some reason and it's very confusing to see what and when they are billing for. Sometimes they bill a month early and sometimes they wait a month to send my mail. I ended up setting up my mail to send monthly after we had multiple items that were time sensitive affected. They changed locations and erased my auto billing information, then charged me a late fee because even though I paid it the day it was due, they didn't credit my account and charged me late fees, even with the email confirmation. The people on the phone are nice, however, they are very slow and I don't feel they are very knowledgeable beyond basic computer skills. If you have a problem, you will get that level and crickets beyond. I'm glad they moved their location because it's given me more reason to just move my virtual office to somewhere else. I would not recommend this group.

Awful rude people, they are pro-Palestine people. Stay away from Regus office rentals.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Regus - The Urban Towers operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • At Regus - The Urban Towers, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
