I called the Las Colinas main line and was very disappointed in the lady that spoke with me. I was calling to get more information regarding the space and membership/office information, but had a very off-putting phone call. She sounded like she hated her job. Everytime I asked a question she'd answer it in a very bored, don't care tone, or give me extreme attitude like i should just know. Asked if they allowed guests with a memebrship and she told me no, then i just simply mentioned that on their website it said "Community Membership (8 Passes)" and was trying to ask if that meant guest passes or passes for myslf, but when she heard me say guest she immedietely cut me off, in a rude, almost yelling, said "It says 8. Passes. do you see anywhere on there that it says GUEST? NO! 8. Passes. Meaning you can come 8 times in a month." then i replied with "Oh you didn't mention that before, i mentioned wanting to come several times a week and you did not tell me I would only get 8 passes for myself which is why I'm asking" then she replied "OH MY, BECAUSE WE CHANGED IT! Business. Hours. You can come anytime in business hours! I said that!" i told her that i was simply asking questions so she needed to lose the attitude. she got real quiet after that and told me if i wanted more information i'd have to schedule a tour, to which i said i was looking on behalf of my boss, i live in oklahoma so i couldn't and if shes the one that would be touring my boss absolutely would not send him there!! I was very interested in a membership as it has the gym, its on the canal, it looks like a lovely place, but because of the way i was treated will not be becoming members. whoever hired her and put her over sales and leasing made a big mistake.
