On 09/18/2025, I called Cubexec in Irving, TX looking for a space, and I’m so glad Ira was the one who picked up. From the very first call, she had such a welcoming energy, patience, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. She didn’t just provide information she made me feel supported and cared for, which is rare these days. I was able to host both a podcast and a virtual leadership training, and everything flowed seamlessly. The space itself is really nice and professional, but what truly stood out was Ira. She went above and beyond to ensure things ran smoothly, and her genuine kindness left a lasting impression. Cubexec has been everything I expected and more. Very clean, modern and professional environment. Everything you need to run your business is there. Enjoyed the other tenants. They were always friendly, respectful and willing to help you out. The office manager, Iris, was so helpful and responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. Very happy with my decision to move into Cubexec!

Absolutely great experience here. Clean, modern, and stylish with a nice balance of social and tranquil spaces to suit you or your clients needs on any given day. I can't say enough positive things about the Reception and Management team, Iris is exceptionally helpful and a welcoming presence that all the members and visitors appreciate. The location is amazing, easily accessible, with lots of lunch options.
