Yesterday I went to Office Depot to print five pages, and a girl named Mariana told me she couldn't print them for me. She said it had to be 100 pages or more, and she sent me to the self-service printers. I told her I couldn't use the machines, and she replied that there was nothing more she could do for me. Then some Americans came in, and she helped them. I think she did it because of racism! Can you imagine if older people came in and couldn't use the machines themselves? She didn't even help me and wasn't doing anything; she wasn't busy, she just didn't want to help me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought supplies at another location (north Irving store) that is now closing and this store location isn’t willing to take returns because they are discounted. It makes no sense. I have the original receipt. The original store didn’t have any signs stating final sales. I went in only expecting to receive a refund for the amount I paid (duh!). No refunds or exchanges allowed. They have a chance to sell it for more than what I paid?! It’s no wonder they are closing. Bet this location will be next!

Nothing works, the printer the restrooms or the employees avoid this place at all costs drive the extra distance to staples just don't waste your time here

The print manager, whose name is Shay peace did an absolutely wonderful job handling the invitations, print cards and envelopes that my fiancé and I needed to get done for our wedding. She was thorough, she was extremely professional, and the way she helped us with a big load while also managing 10 other people in line, as someone who leads a team of medical drivers and marketing, I would give her a raise. Your bathrooms need some serious work as far as cleaning goes.
