I’ve been working out of Urban Office in the Heights for a while now, and I want to take a moment to recognize how wonderful Mark, the office manager, has been. We’ve had to move spaces a couple of times, but through every transition he has been incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. The space itself is always clean and comfortable, and the little touches make a big difference — the great coffee machines, snacks, and the thoughtful extras that Mark consistently provides for everyone. He really goes out of his way to make the environment welcoming and supportive, and it shows. I truly appreciate all the effort he puts into keeping things running smoothly and making sure tenants feel taken care of. It’s a great place to work.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like I have to say something about my experience at The Urban Office because I really wish someone had warned me. I started with one of the smaller office units. It was affordable, but I could hear *everything* going on around me—conversations, phone calls, even footsteps. It was impossible to focus, so I decided to upgrade to a larger space. I was told by Janice Kim that I’d get a move-in incentive and have my first month waived. That never happened. Reached out multiple times and got nowhere. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with her at all. Also the elevator has been broken for over 5 months now. And then came the ants. After moving into the bigger office, I found ants. I reported it on Tuesday (4/8). They didn’t respond until Thursday (4/10), and they didn’t bring in pest control until (4/14). My computer is now completely infested with Ants and basically ruined, and they’ve told me they won’t pay to replace it. Not even a conversation about it. Imagine you open your computer Monday morning and ants start running out of the keys 💀. This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Between the broken promises, and lack of urgency or responsibility, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely look elsewhere.

I absolutely love leasing my suite in this office space! The location is perfect - convenient, accessible, and in such a vibrant area. The interior design is modern and thoughtfully done, creating a warm and professional atmosphere. Every time a client walks in, I hear compliments about how beautiful and welcoming the space feels. It’s truly elevated my business and client experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and functional workspace! :)

Urban Office-Heights Mansion (and all locations) are truly a gem! The common areas are always spotless and fully stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks—perfect for quick breaks or casual meetings. The bathrooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. The conference rooms are always ready to go, making it easy to stay productive. One of my favorite features is their upright digital podcast room on 43rd Street—it's such a cool, modern space that's perfect for content creation. Dominique, the property manager at the Heights Mansion is top-tier as is Heather, on 43rd Street, always accommodating when it comes to scheduling at the Media Room! A special shoutout to our amazing property manager, Dominique! She goes above and beyond all year long, doing thoughtful things that truly make a difference. Around the holidays, she even set up a gift-wrapping station with tape, scissors, bows—everything we needed! It’s the little touches like that which make this place feel extra special. Thank you, Dominique—your hard work does not go unnoticed! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional, inspiring work environment.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Braun Enterprises, who is more than happy to help out.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Braun Enterprises.
