Regus - Houston - West Loop

Unfortunately, our experience with Regus West Loop has been very disappointing. A member of their team provided us in writing with an incorrect deadline to cancel our agreement. We acted in good faith based on that official written communication, and Regus automatically renewed our contract for 6 months without acknowledging their mistake or offering any apology. When we escalated the issue, the City Manager refused to void the renewal, claiming that email communications do not modify the contract — despite the fact that it was their own staff who provided that information in writing. We have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (Complaint #24810378) and the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. After reading other reviews here, we are clearly not the only ones experiencing billing issues and automatic renewals — this appears to be a recurring pattern with Regus at the corporate level

This is the absolute WORST place!! Don’t waste your time or money. The staff/team is useless. No video conferencing capabilities nor did the staff even understand the request for video conferencing. The staff was not prepared nor was our room when we arrived daily.

Excellent place for interim office needs. I have been here for the last two months and have had the capacity to host interviews and group orientation sessions. Deja, Molly, and Aislin have all been incredibly helpful with all my needs and questions! Couldn't ask for a more exceptional team to support this office space. Shout out to Tracey who works down stairs in the lobby, always greeting me with a big smile!

Echoing the sentiment of the previous review, this review is for the corporate office and not directed towards the Houston - West Loop branch. In July 2025, I accepted one of their new co-working deals. In June 2025, I made my final payment (199) on time to end my previous agreement. When the new agreement started in July 2025, I made the retainer (110.09) and 1st month payment (110.09) on time. Please note that before August 2025, I should have received the retainer amount from the previous agreement (199) that ended in June. Instead of reimbursing me the retainer, I was charged (175). Regus's accounting department didn't reconcile their accounting system to acknowledge that they received 220.18 in July 2025. Consequently, they tacked on all of these late charges and stated that I never paid my retainer nor 1st month payment. Mind you, I have record of all of my payments on my July's bank statement. I've been emailing their accounting department back and forward for months. Providing with documentation showing that the 220.18 was paid on time. Yesterday, I was emailed a default letter because I refuse to make another payment until I receive my 199 reimbursement. For a company this size, this is unacceptable not to have a better accounting system. Whatever you do, do not lease with this company. My next stop is a review on the International Workplace Group, Houston's local news, and court. I pray that someone sees this review before signing a contract. Save your money!!!
