BE AWARE. These people stoll almost 800 dollars from my retainer for small scrapes on the walls and claims of "stains" on the floor that was just dirt possibly light stuff from shoes. All of it could have been fixed in 10 mins and should have fallen under Normal Wear and Tear under Texas Property Code Chapter 93.006 and they wouldn't let me repair it myself. All this to say youll need to just clean your offices yourself to literally the exact way you entered the office because they will nit pick on literally anything to get the deposit. Could have had it professionally done for $100 tops for the small amount of damages they claimed. They are in violation of Security Deposit Laws - Texas Property Code Chapter 93** specifically **§ 93.006 - Normal Wear and Tear** **§ 93.011 - Liability of Landlord
