This is a quiet building with a great location. I've enjoyed working here - the staff is super efficient and professional. The offices are clean and the climate Ctrl is good too.

UPDATE: Gloria Vargas & Fatima Sanchez I got new people now!!!!! They're pleasant, professional, inviting, courteous, and I love them. My patients love them. 👏👊🙌 Great job, Regus! It was great until the new girl, Sophia, came on board. She has no idea what customer service means. She's aggressively rude, doesn't clean or maintain the offices (see picture), refuses to greet my clients, and is only capable of preaching "policy". I truly cannot stand her...and I'm not the only one. If a need ever arose for her to put a single solitary ounce of effort into helping the tenants, I strongly believe she would put forth 5 ounces of effort researching a reason why she can't possibly help. I am out of there as quick as I possibly can be.

Disgusting. Carpet is nasty, furniture is falling apart. Sales force will lie in order to get you in. Once you sign the overarching contract, you are stuck. They will raise your rent year 2 for not reason. If you like being nickle and dimed, you will love Regus and their model. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kendra is excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable. She brings life to the center as soon as you come in. She greets with a smile and you can't help but love her southern drawl

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • At Regus - Houston - Echo Lane, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
