Great shared innovation space. Management is responsive and constantly looking to improve. Good level 2 chargers for a day of work, consistently operational, however they are not DC fast chargers.

The internet unfortunately struggles here. Initial wifi connectivity problems before it just inexplicably started working. Latency at times makes it very difficult to use a remote Windows VM. The reception staff is very friendly and tried their best to help.

The company I work for is headquartered here and although I work remote, I love coming here because of how beautiful this coworking and office space is. I think it says a lot that I don’t mind flying into Houston and working here because the spot is that cool. I have to give kudos to the janitorial staff. Every time I visit here, the entire place is spotless. I’m looking forward to getting a lot more work done in this beautiful building.
