I leased two office spaces with Northwest for over two years. After closing both of my businesses, my lease for one of the spaces ended on March 31, and I have been trying to get my security deposit returned ever since. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my deposit or a clear update. I have called and emailed multiple times, and the only response I received was, “I will check,” but no one ever followed up with me afterward. As a long-term tenant, I expected better communication and professionalism regarding something as important as returning a deposit. The lack of responsiveness has been very frustrating and disappointing.
I had a great experience with this building. The lease manager was extremely nice, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The building itself is very clean, well-organized, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell a lot of effort goes into maintaining the property. Overall, it feels welcoming and well managed, and I would definitely recommend it .
