Definitely the best coworking space in Houston. Professional yet friendly in a warm environment with all the amenities one needs when working. The manager, Paige, goes above and beyond to make our community thrive, from keeping us stocked with snacks to promoting a vibrant atmosphere with events. I really enjoyed the Local office space. It was quiet and welcoming. I liked the fact that they provided phone booths to help maintain the atmosphere while allowing people to engage in dialogue if needed. I plan on using the space in the future. Paige was very helpful and was an exemplary representative of Local House.

LOVE officing here! Worked near the Galleria and in downtown for several years but this special sweet spot a few blocks away and just one staircase up is everything I need. The kitchen is always stocked with goodies and treats and the WiFi is always up and running (unlike at my home...). The best leasing manager (Paige - and Vida!) too who always has the vibes just right and always cheering us on. Easy to book the conference rooms and the tenants are all great and like minded. Love it here!
