I absolutely love the beautiful views of Houston from the expansive windows at BEYOND FlexSpace, located on the 7th floor of 9800 Richmond in the heart of Houston’s vibrant and growing Westchase business district. The building’s recently renovated lobby has a fresh, modern feel, and BEYOND FlexSpace itself is brand new, bright, clean, and beautifully designed. The abundance of natural light and sweeping views of the Houston skyline genuinely make the workday feel more enjoyable and inspiring. The space is professional, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both focused work and client meetings. It is quiet enough to be productive while still feeling warm, welcoming, and connected to the other tenants and management team. From the security team to property management and the BEYOND FlexSpace team, everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is also incredibly convenient, right off Beltway 8 and Richmond, with Westpark providing another easy option for commuting. The parking garage is easily the most convenient office parking I have experienced throughout my career, which is one of those small things you appreciate every single day! Another great addition is lunch catering three days a week from a local restaurant, with a rotating menu and genuinely delicious food. It is such a nice perk to have during a busy workday. Having worked in and visited many flexible workspaces over the years, BEYOND FlexSpace really stands out. Beautiful modern offices, impressive views, a welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, excellent amenities, and an extremely competitive price point make this space very hard to beat.
