Name another office in Houston that has a podcast studio as an amenity?? Seriously, I’ve never been to a Houston office like this one. It creatively designed and has amenities galore including an on‑site podcast studio—a game‑changer for content creators! Not to mention there’s a second‑floor balcony for fresh air, a shower, a wellness room with massage chair, and the building is dog-friendly! Not an office tenant? The coworking membership is worth every penny. So if you’re not ready for a full-on office lease like me, but want more than just a desk, Build EaDo is it!

I already have my office for almost 1 year. And I really like it. Have to many spaces, to chill out or to be %100 focus on my work. 10/10👌🏾
5214 Harrisburg Boulevard has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Build Eado.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Build Eado, who is more than happy to help out.
