Never thought I’d ever leave a 1 star rating in my life, but here I am. Went for a tour and work there for a day and their AI System kept telling me that the tour guide will come down to me shortly. Waited over an hour and still nothing. Thankfully there was wifi and seats at the ion ground floor so I was able to get some things done while waiting When I figured out that it was an automated system i went to the receptionist and she went up with me to industrious, and nope, there wasn’t a single employee there, even the receptionist was dumbfounded on how there isn’t anyone working there at 1pm on a weekday. No apology or any contact from an employee whatsoever. Was just a total waste of time driving there. Will definitely look elsewhere for office space

Look elsewhere. "Nothing gold can stay." Industrious at the Ion claims they are a "month-to-month" cancel anytime co-working space, but only if you give them a 60 day notice. How is that month to month? It's not like they could say it's an opportunity cost either, there is nobody here. This place is a ghost town after Industrious took over from the Common Desk in 2025, mainly because they doubled the membership rate, and started charging for parking. Not to mention a reduction of services - they fired the cleaning staff, and if a display monitor from the breaks, they will remove it, rather than replace or repair it, because computer monitors, "are not in their spec", rather a remnant of a joyous time. It's exceedingly difficult to promote a place that, "fosters innovation" if you can't afford to work there. There are many other places to work in houston that are cost friendlier to the start-up community.

I’ve been meeting at Industrious Houston every week, and it’s truly been a game-changer for productivity and connection. Absolutely a great place to work the staff is friendly and helpful and it’s always clean and neat plenty of space inside always a lot of events hosted at this building would recommend to anyone
