I had high hopes for this coworking space, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The cleanliness was a major issue—spider webs under tables, dirty floors, and a general lack of upkeep made it an unpleasant environment to work in. Temperature control was another constant struggle. Despite asking multiple times, the heat or AC was rarely turned on when needed, making the space either uncomfortably hot or freezing cold. Security was also a serious concern—the door didn’t lock properly, and there were multiple instances of homeless individuals walking in, which was both disruptive and unsafe. To make matters worse, the owner was completely disengaged, never speaking to members or making any real effort to accommodate concerns. Overall, this space was poorly managed, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable work environment.

Super easy to book with Miss Ana. My husband and I were super productive with our Zoom Meeting. CoWork gave us the privacy we needed for our purpose. Sooo close to our home ~ 3 minute drive!

I've found this office space to be an excellent place to work out of for my startup. The office I booked is comfortable and I've always found it to be a well kept and clean space. For the price and proximity to me, I'm really happy with my decision to use Cowork Lab!
