I hurt my back years ago in a car accident. I own a Pilates studio and very active. If I don’t keep my body in tip top shape, not only will I suffer physically but my studio suffers too. I only trust Ashtin at Breathe Beauty & Wellness for my massages! She is incredibly knowlegeable about the body and the differences between clients and their individual needs! Every client I’ve sent to her has rave reviews as well.

Ashstin gives the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She knows exactly how to find the areas that need attention and works through the tension without making it feel rushed.
