Our company has rented both an office & warehouse space with Warespace. It was perfect for us and our needs. The facility provides multiple office locations to rent, storage, warehouses, accommodating kitchen & break room areas with coffee at your disposal. Even a community breakfast & lunch once a week for networking with all the businesses. There are multiple conference rooms to reserve for staff meetings, trainings, presentations & more. Krista is the property manager & I couldn’t have asked for a better PM. She is punctual, professional & great with communicating the ongoings at Warespace. I never see her without a smile! All in all, great company, great service & great staff. Feel confident about renting any space, from Warespace.

This has been the perfect solution for my small business scaling. Having all the warehouse equipment and amenities included really helped me as a small business owner to put my capital where it was most productive. The manager (Krista) has been amazing…always there to help facilitate our growth and need for more space. And the maintenance man (Hollis) does so much from delivering our packages to keeping the place functional.
