I've been at the landing for 7 or 8 months. The location is awesome. The building has ample parking and access to everything. I love walking out of the building and strolling through Downtown Greenville to choose a place for lunch. It's pretty cool to share space with people from all different back grounds and professions. It's almost like being here allows you to tell a friend, "Oh, I know a person that does that." The property managers are accommodating and easy to communicate with, they're very nice. I really enjoy having my office here.

I rented both in the common area and a private office at The Landing for almost 2 years. I loved the place and really miss it. They're easy folks to work with and everyone there is happy to help others succeed. The Internet is lightning fast, and the building has tons of character. It's also a great place to network and meet folks who are building their businesses. I highly recommend it.

I rented a private office for 4.5 years. Incredible experience based on ownership, fast internet, clean facilities, location, accommodations and simply a "family" environment. Other plus is truly having 24/7 access vs most shared office spaces have posted hours. Haley-(Owner) is fantastic to work with - very accessible and a joy to be around. The Landing clients and visitors were always amazing people to be around and network for personal and professional needs.

Nice quiet place to work. There are offices that can be rented, a conference room, and shared kitchen. I believe they also have event rooms too.
