If I could give zero stars I would. Signed up for an office last year. The office wasn’t great but for the price it was OK. The renewal process is terrible. We got an email that was slipped in with all of our other invoices and we were auto renewed with the price of our office doubled. No signature. Just an email and your payments doubled. This is almost as frustrating as it is to get someone on the phone with this company. I called the automated number which hung up on me twice. After getting through they gave me the number to the Grapevine location. The person there is brand new. He didn’t have a manager or anyone’s number for me to speak to. He finally gave me a number to a district managers location. When I called that number a person from the Desoto location let me know that this was the wrong number to call. She gave me a number to the sales person. The sales person said sorry this happens a lot and there’s nothing we can do. You can try to cancel but you were renewed for a year and they’ll expect payment. It’s been very frustrating to deal with and now I’m stuck paying $1200 a month for a large closet with a very messed up window.

I’ve leased office space at Regus in Grapevine since November 2024 and it’s been an excellent experience. The location is great for my clients. I love the office I have. It has a full wall of windows and overlooks a lovely green space. The office staff is WONDERFUL! They are friendly, professional and helpful. If you are looking for office space, check out Regus in Grapevine.

DO NOT RENT AN OFFICE HERE. I called in to Regus to visit an office then was told another price. My first appointment i was no showed. Then Brent told me he can get me an office space in the $300 range to attempt to honor what I was told over the phone. Next, we emails me a quote for over $500 dollars. He doesn't reply back promptly to emails. Then I call corporate and then the quote me higher quotes than Brent emailed me. Its a mess. Completely unorganized. I've heard other law firms struggle with Regus policies as well such as ending a contract early. They just get you in the door and then double the price immediately. Completely dishonest and shady.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.
