The customer service by Sabrina was amazing. She was very noticeable and friendly. She exceed all expectations and made sure everything was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of the services.

Sabrina and Derrick are amazing! They really went above and beyond To make sure I was accommodated for a bad experience I had at an Irving location! The office is very clean and they’re very attentive. This location is my primary location and I really don’t feel like going anywhere else because nothing has topped the service I’ve had here.

I would not recommend anyone to work with this company. These are dishonest people who are just looking for a way to take more money for things that were initially said differently. I hope someone in management does something about the manager named Anna. In my opinion, this company has no right to exist because there are so many better alternatives. If I managed to keep at least one person from approaching them, then I have won.

I contacted this company only to view an office space they advertised online. I stated clearly that I was just looking. During the visit, I was misled into signing a paper that was explained to me as simply taking the listing down for a few days to show I was “interested,” with no cost involved. It was represented as a temporary hold — nothing more. After seeing the space for a few minutes, I decided not to move forward. After that, things became outrageous. I began receiving multiple emails demanding money for supposed “services,” even though nothing was provided to me other than a quick viewing. These emails included wiring and banking information on how I can pay them $1600. (For just a viewing that took only five minutes )and were completely out of nowhere. Importantly, the conversation during the showing was recorded with permission. I told the person showing the space that I needed to share details with my business partner, asked for permission to record the discussion so my partner could hear it directly, and permission was granted. The recording clearly reflects how the document was presented to me and what was said about costs. When I later spoke with Denise Miles, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The moment I questioned the charges, she became hostile, talked over me, and eventually hung up on me. That behavior alone speaks volumes about how this company treats people. In my opinion, this company relies on misleading paperwork and then aggressively chases people for money afterward. No meaningful services were rendered, I never used the space, and yet I was harassed for payment. Completely unacceptable conduct. I strongly warn anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with extreme caution. I am fully prepared to address this in court if they choose to continue.
