Cynthia has the worst customer service. I’ve only had issues at this location. I recommend you do not take your business here. We’ve rented at other Regus locations and never had an issue. Their system is flawed and continues to charge you for services after your contract ends, without receiving the services being charged for.Cynthia was no help in rectifying the situation, like the other managers were, at other Regus locations. DO NOT bring your business here.

If Regus is trying to lock you into a lease after closing your location, read this. I recently got out of a Regus “agreement” they tried to enforce after permanently shutting down the center I was using (The Summit, McKinney, TX). They told me they were transferring my account automatically to a new address and that my contract would run through 2027. That is false. Buried in their own contract (Clause 1.7) is the truth: “If the Center is no longer available… and we are unable to find a nearby alternative accommodation, your agreement will end.” Key points: - You are not obligated to accept their “replacement” address if it doesn’t work for you. - “Nearby” is subjective. If their new center messes up your Google address, logistics, or client visibility - you can say no. - You do not owe them anything beyond the original location’s closure date. They sent me threatening legal language, tried to stonewall me with generic responses, and even started a second email thread with someone from their legal team looped in. But I held firm, cited their own agreement back to them, and they finally backed down. Don’t let them bully you. If you’re in this situation, demand termination based on Clause 1.7. Be direct. Be firm. They’ll try to talk circles around you - just don’t budge. I run multiple offices with Caddo (a premium provider in the area), and even though Regus is a fraction of the price, I would never recommend them to anyone. It’s not worth the stress, the bait-and-switch tactics, or the runaround. Feel free to copy this message, spread it around, and don’t let Regus pretend you’re trapped. You’re not.

The location staff isn't bad. They greet and answer questions. Online account setup was initially confirmed. The confirmation was retracted as the hidden charge added to the total shown on the initial invoice did not get approved on my virtual card. Declared to disagree with the modified total and to cancel the purchase of membership. Regus did not process that but I was protected by virtual card that blocked transactions not matching the total I entered based on the initial invoice. Regus as a whole seems like a scam from England.

I checked in to this location today at around 2:10 PM along with my business partner with a prior meeting room reservation , I had to guess and knock on the door because there are no clear instructions posted on the door , and a lady came out to open the door after a few minutes. Right from the beginning she was very suspicious and condescending in her attitude and mannerisms and wouldn't even allow us to step in , I almost felt I like knocked on her bedroom door in the middle of the night! Seeing her attitude my business partner who was visiting from out of state suggested that we move the meeting to his hotel location. She eventually kind of gave us her attention and time , and we realized that the appointment was for tomorrow, I immediately called the customer service to change the appointment to today , she was still not willing to help and continued to be unwelcoming to us. I don't know it it was the fact that she was having food at the reception desk or it was just that she didn't like me that made her or kept her so angry during the whole time , no smile, no please, no thank you , nothing! She was borderline rude the whole time , when asked where is the meeting room , she would respond with "hold your belongings, I will show it to you ", of course I will hold my belongings lady. When asked for the directions for the restroom she did not give any clear directions , I had to ask someone in the lobby to give me the directions. She did not have a name tag on her , and when I asked her name , she said it was Cynthia ( not sure if its her real name) , she is a Hispanic looking lady. I normally don't leave any long reviews, but this experience was so embarrassing in front of a potential business partner, that I made sure to leave a review, in the hopes that the people responsible for the business and who care about the business take a note and do something about it ! I will never try this location again!

I am thrilled to share my experience with Regus - Frisco - Stonebriar Center and the exceptional office manager, Cynthia A. Cynthia often juggles multiple tasks simultaneously, yet she makes it look effortless. Her hard work and dedication have significantly impacted my decision to grow my business at this location rather than move elsewhere. We can always count on her for her unwavering support, attention to detail, organization, and personability. My clients frequently compliment her on how welcoming she is to them. Having visited other Regus locations, I can confidently say there is no place like this, and Cynthia is the critical reason. This Regus location has been a gem for both me and my clients. They often comment on how nice, modern, and clean the office is. After experiencing the superb welcome/reception area, many have inquired about becoming clients here. The location is easy to access and find and exudes a peaceful, professional atmosphere. Thank you, Cynthia A. and Regus, for helping me grow my business!
