You won’t find a better office manager than Mary Rose!!! So lucky to have her at this location.

DO NOT rent from Regus before doing your due diligence. Check the BBB. Just there alone they have over 300 complaints in the last couple of years. Customer service is horrible. We were told wrong information when signing up. We were then over charged for services we never asked for. We were told they would refund us back and there is now the same charge again that popped up. Still no call backs or no responses besides from their front desk staff who messed this up to begin with. WE have demanded calls from the corporate office since May. They don't even deserve a 1 star! *7/4/25 - Update: We are in communication with Cam who is the manager at that location, correct? He emailed us yesterday in regards to a 2 month old complaint after my reviews were submitted. Submitted tickets is Regus way out to NOT deal with their clients on a personal level. FYI, Cam is attempting to hold us to the agreement, based on his email to us yesterday. Even the "higher ups" are waste of time to deal with. I don't usually expose companies, but a place like Regus is messing with people's businesses and money.

I strongly advise against engaging with Regus at Frisco Square. Their business practices are deceptive and predatory. They lure clients into lengthy 24-month contracts and then refuse any attempts at early termination. I signed up for their services but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit. I canceled the very next day, yet they refused to honor my cancellation. Instead, they insisted that I was locked into a 24-month contract and demanded full payment, despite not using any of their services. When I disputed this, they threatened to send me to collections. This is not an isolated incident; numerous others have reported similar experiences. A customer shared their frustration after attempting to terminate their contract early, only to be hit with a demand for payment of over €573 for unused services. Many customers have reported unauthorized charges and poor customer service, with Regus continuing to demand payment even when the office space was never used. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has recorded countless complaints against Regus Management Group, LLC. Customers frequently report being charged exorbitant fees for services they never used, and when they try to dispute the charges, Regus threatens legal action. Their contracts are designed to trap clients, and their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. I am currently pursuing legal action against them to address their unethical practices. If you're considering a virtual office space, I urge you to explore other providers that offer transparent contracts and fair cancellation policies. Many reputable companies prioritize customer satisfaction and operate with integrity. Don't fall victim to Regus's schemes—protect yourself and your business by choosing a more trustworthy option.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Frisco Square and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
