Very disappointing experience. I went to the office to take a simple print. All the staff were free, yet when I asked for help, they said, “You can do it yourself.” It’s not that I can’t use the printer — the printer had no paper, was connected to a different network, and the instructions posted there did not match the actual setup.
Instead of assisting residents, the staff seemed more focused on chatting, personal grooming, and unnecessary overacting rather than doing their job properly.
We pay a high amount in rent, but we do not receive proper service in return. The staff appear unprofessional and uninterested in helping residents. Management seriously needs to improve customer service and accountability.
