Savanna - 6850 Gaylord Parkway

We’ve only been at Savanna for a short time, but the experience has already exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the teachers, staff, and leadership have shown an incredible level of care, thoughtfulness, and attention toward both our children and our family. We watched our son go from difficult drop-offs to happily telling us, “I’m having fun, Daddy,” by the end of his first week. The support and reassurance we received throughout that transition meant so much to us. The teachers are attentive, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. The level of communication to how clean and well cared for our boys are at the end of the day also stand out as being exceptional. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of this community and only wish we had joined sooner!

I am so thankful we found Savanna. The teachers are so kind to my son and really helped him get comfortable to go to school. Now he gets excited when we say "ready for school"? I was concerned my son's language was delayed but after enrolling him at Savanna his language exploded. Highly recommend Savanna!

Our experience with Savanna has been nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, what stood out most was the truly amazing and supportive community. The teachers and staff create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and deeply caring - not just for the children, but for the families as well. One of the most meaningful aspects for me personally has been the ability to stay closely connected to my daughters throughout the day. Having the opportunity to nurse and remain in close proximity while working has made a world of difference. There is a genuine sense of trust and partnership here. I always feel confident that my daughters are not only safe, but also nurtured, engaged, and encouraged to grow. The school fosters a strong sense of community where parents support one another, and that connection has made this experience even more special. I’m deeply grateful to be part of a place that understands and supports families in such a thoughtful, intentional way.

Savanna has been everything we hoped for in a daycare and preschool. After touring multiple facilities, we feel incredibly grateful to have found a place that offers such a high level of care, intention, nurture, and support. The teachers are consistently present, attentive, attuned and genuinely caring toward each child. They meet children where they are developmentally and build strong, meaningful bonds with them—something I believe is essential for fostering secure attachment in early childhood. Savanna has also become an extension of our family and our village. We’ve deeply appreciate the sense of community created for parents. From sharing resources, to opportunities to learn from live speakers who are experts in their fields, it’s clear that Savanna invests in the whole family—not just the children. The owners are also very hands-on and demonstrate a strong commitment to both the children and their staff. They actively support their team in and out of the classroom, which creates a positive and consistent environment for everyone. As a psychologist, I especially value their strong understanding of early childhood development. It’s evident they are informed by research and intentionally incorporate practices that support sensory play, movement, fine and gross motor development, and support the vestibular and proprioceptive systems. They also emphasis social-emotional learning and language development through connection and interaction with their teachers. Savanna offers the foundation that children need to succeed later on in life, and recognize the importance of keeping children in their hearts and bodies before pushing cognitive milestones. They have created a nurturing environment where children can be self-led, supported, and truly seen. I cannot recommend Savanna enough. We are so grateful to be part of such an incredible school and community.

Savanna was a wonderful experience for my son. The environment is calm, soothing, and non-stimulating, which really helped him feel comfortable and supported. The teachers are amazing—so patient and caring—and the student-to-teacher ratio is excellent, ensuring each child gets individual attention.
