My business partner has an office at the Formation. I was introduced to the Formation and met with Joseph on the membership team. Since then I office from the Formation at The Star. The team I have met Ariel, Ellie and Noah have been outstanding and professional. This has been a stellar experience as I am a small business startup. Definite recommend !! Thank you !!

The people who work at Formation, who apparently think the building belongs to them—were unbearable. They gave me an attitude like they can't bear to look at people going to the gym and assume you go to the gym by what you wear. You literally can’t go from the parking garage to the gym, or from the main entrance to the pool, without getting side-eyed by arrogant judgy people getting out their luxury cars, wearing their designer clothes who can’t stand the sight of anyone actually using the gym, sneering and judging you based solely on what you’re wearing.
