Recently rented a room as a business owner. Two employees helped us set up for our meeting with chairs and everything. Then 30 minutes into meeting we were interrupted and told we had to leave. The man was EXTREMELY condescending. Rude and vague. Now they are trying to charge the card when they did not uphold their end and saying all info was at sign up. It wasn’t the booking system is not transparent AT ALL. I will be telling all my fellow business owners how terrible this experience was renting the Boardroom. Teach employees some etiquette. We could have finished our meeting and then discussed. No damage or anything was being done to the room. Never again.

So 1st off the facility and environment is nice I will say that. Organized, and always kept very clean. However, this company and its reputation is trash! They literally have several complaints with BBB and all these random strangers are saying the same thing. I'm so disappointed in this company, and that's a bummer because I was super happy at sign up time, but I was lied to and manipulated into signing a contract. They failed to tell me there would be a retainer fee along with rent payment. Immediately after seeing the billing online, I inquired about it, front desk receptionist told me oh don't worry it will automatically sort itself out. So despite being nervous and hesitant, I decided to trust the company. I mean they're a huge company, so I'm thinking they wouldn't deceive me. Well I was tricked. They told me I would be responsible for $350/mo, but charged me $828 for 1 month. After they scammed me out of money they just apologized and never even took accountability, which was even more frustrating and unsettling because they're a big company. Honestly I hate I ever stepped foot in this place to inquiry. It has been the worst experience, and In the beginning I thought it was smooth, and seamless. I should have known better, but if you can't trust a major company, then who can you trust. I don't recommend Regus. Please don't do this to yourself because when it's all said and done they don't care one bit. I was mistreated, manipulated, and misled. Choose a respectable company with integrity, not one who stabs you in the back.
