Be cautious with Regus. My best firend attended a short trial visit for a few hours and never moved in, took possession of an office, or used any services afterward. Despite this, she was billed for multiple months as if her contract had started. No ongoing access. No services used. Still charged. This feels like a predatory practice where a “trial” can later be treated as a commitment. Customer support was scripted and unhelpful. If you consider Regus, get everything in written or walk away.

Do NOT trust Regus. I attended a trial for a few hours, never moved in, never used the office afterward — yet Regus later billed me for months anyway. No service. No access. Still charged. This is deceptive and predatory. Get everything in writing or walk away.

Misleading “free trial” followed by billing pressure — zero use I had a very troubling experience with this Regus location. I was explicitly offered a free trial day to evaluate the space before making any commitment. I used the space for only a couple of hours, found it unsuitable, and clearly informed staff the same day—before any ongoing use or move-in—that I would not proceed. I never occupied the office, never returned after the trial, never used services, and never benefited from the space in any way. Despite this, I was later told I was financially responsible and advised to submit a “termination request,” as if a lease had already begun. I was also warned about collections—for a space I explicitly declined immediately after the trial. That is not how a legitimate trial works. Additional issues during the trial: • Furniture was uncomfortable and not suitable for working • Constant door noise and disruptions • No staff present after 5:00 PM despite claims of extended access • No support or security to justify advertised hours If declining immediately after a trial still leads to billing threats, then the trial is misleading. A professional business should earn customers through service quality, not pressure tactics. I strongly advise others to get everything in writing and clearly confirm what “trial” actually means before visiting this location.

Love the accessibility, plenty parking. The lobby can be very loud and noisy given the in and out flow. Still a great location.
