We used a different private office/mail service previously and so far Lucid has been far superior! Their customer service is amazing, the offices are very professional.

I’m a new client here at the office building. It’s very nicely designed with a beautiful reception area and great receptionist like Jackie and Kristi the mgr. There is a large break/lunch room for us to use at no charge to us. They provide coffee/water , sparkling water and it’s set up like a full stocked kitchen. Very pleasant . The customers say it’s easy to find me as I work on appointments only. The office are nice size and most have two large windows. and all top notch!! Best, JIMMY THE JEWELER.

We are delighted to have chosen the Keller Lucid office; it is a cozy, modern, and immaculate space with a professional atmosphere. We made our decision due to the friendly assistance Kristi provided during our first visit. After several months, Kristi's performance has remained consistent; her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction is commendable. She is always willing to help and is attuned to our needs. Our clientele are happy with the new location.

It is truly refreshing to come across someone as intelligent, genuine, and hardworking as Jackie. From the very beginning, I never once felt that she didn’t have my best interests in mind. She answered every question I had with professionalism, clarity, and patience, while also showing a genuine level of care that is rare to find.
