Great experience in person at this WeWork! The staff there is very helpful and nice, and the offices are nice and clean. While there were some things that needed fixing, the crew was on top of any maintenance requests. However, I had a terrible experience with any membership or billing issues with anyone not in person at this location, hence the low rating.

WeWork has been such a great place to work at. Everyone here is super nice and helpful! Cassie and Gianna are always ready to help out with any questions I have and that makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone here deserves a shout out honestly they all do a great job! The shared space and restrooms are always clean, the conference rooms are professional. There are so many pros to working here. I love it!

The company I work for has been at this wework location for about 7 months. It has been a great experience. The location is fantastic there are alot of good lunch locations around. The facility is very clean and up to date. Restrooms are always kept clean. The events are often and are always a great time.

Space and location are nice. But dang is their customer experience bad. Can't get in your space until the person who booked the room shows up (people can arrive early/late!), the don't have a phone at front desk you can call to clarify any details, if you're meeting someone for a meeting the front desk person won't get up to let you in the room, you have to call someone from your party to come get you. Just overall pretty sub par customer experience. Consider you have to pay top dollar for spaces, it's pretty disappointing that they do so many little things the lazy/hard way.
