We co-hosted an event at The Brass this week and it was an absolute 10/10! All of our attendees were wildly impressed with the elevated feel of the space, and loved touring the various nooks and options for working/meeting/collaborating with fellow wedding industry peers. I can't wait to go back!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Brass Vendor Club.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at 400 Bryan Avenue provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, 400 Bryan Avenue has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs for an entire day. Additionally, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
