Excellent customer service and a strong sense of responsibility. We renewed our contract for another year because we feel very supported and empowered to continue growing our business. The worst experience ever from multiple sales agents . I would never recommend renting anything from these people because they don’t ever value your time, or even see you as a person . The worst thing is that I viewed many of their properties excruciating DFW 110 degree heat, and gotten severely ill in the process. What I got rewarded with afterwards was nonresponsive , unhelpful agents (living in Houston who don’t know anything) who either browbeat me into getting what get they recommended, or passive aggressively ignored me acting “too busy “ when I wanted something else , or literally gossiped about me to other agents so they also would not help me. Just an awful encounter with condescending, and unprofessional people constantly acting “irritated” or when you arrive to see the places. It’s like you’re working for them & not the other way around.
