Service started off great 2 years ago, but then I started getting charged for mail I had already picked up, racking up a bill of almost $200 when the service is just under $20 per month. This has happened 3 times in the last year. As of now (4.26.26) I'm having the same issue. I have sent at least 6 emails to get this resolved and no one has bothered to reply or call me back with resolution. I'm currently looking to move my service elsewhere.

The people are nice. This service used to be a 5. Something hasn't been working the same since Q4 of 2025. May be just a glitch in systems. Not sure yet. Communication is difficult. Take screen shots of all your requests.
