Finding a rental space that accommodates the logistics of a construction company isn't easy, but has TX Industrial Offices been fantastic. The property offered excellent working private space, which has significantly improved our daily workflow. Beyond the physical space, the management was extremely great to us. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the lease terms fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a landlord who truly supports the growth of their tenants. Five stars. THANK YOU! 😊

We choose the 1724 Texas Industrial District Offices as our primary commercial real estate business office because of its central location, proximity to downtown, easy access to I-10, co-working amenities (secured access, after-hours secured gated parking, reliable and high-speed internet, access to regular and overnight mail services, professional offices, shared areas and meeting spaces), and very reasonable and competitive rates. We were able to start working day 1 of our lease and have not had any disruptions since because of the team's consistent responsiveness. Any remaining office space currently available won't last and once its leased it will be a long wait for availability!

I currently rent an office here. Its a great building to come to work to everyday. The old, downtown, architecture mixed with modern extras such as security and internet makes for an awesome work space. The meeting room, which is available to me is great. The table has ports so attendees can plug their computers into and we can see on the huge screen.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
