When we first signed the HQ lease, we chose a 12-month contract because it was more cost-effective. However, after moving in, we discovered several issues. First, the internet was not very good; they only provided WiFi. When we inquired about broadband, they said we would need to pay extra $200+ to install it. Since we didn't want to incur additional costs, we stuck with WiFi. However, our services heavily rely on stable internet, and we found that the WiFi was unreliable and would occasionally disconnect. Additionally, our service depends on foot traffic, and the area had very little of it. So, we decided to move out. This was just one or two months after we had moved in. We spoke to the front desk about terminating the lease and even offered to forfeit our deposit or pay the difference for any discounts we had received. However, the front desk staff insisted that we couldn’t terminate the lease early and had to pay for the full 12 months. They said if we moved out early, they would still charge us the full amount for the entire term. Reluctantly, we complied and paid for the full 12 months. However, as the lease term was nearing its end, we discovered reviews on Google Maps stating that others were able to terminate their contracts early by forfeiting their deposit. It became clear that the front desk had not been truthful with us. After we had paid the full 12 months' rent, we were finally ready to move out. About two weeks to a month before we left, they suddenly charged us an additional fee. When we inquired, they said it was a cleaning fee. However, we had only put a few nails in the walls and had not done any renovations. We asked if we could avoid the cleaning fee by restoring the space to its original condition, but they refused, claiming the fee was based on the size of the space. Our space was very small, with a monthly rent of approximately $300. Yet, they charged us nearly $600 for the cleaning fee—equivalent to two months' rent. This seemed excessive, especially since all we had done was put a few nails in the wall, which we later repaired ourselves. We spoke to the front desk, and they said we could file a complaint online. We submitted the complaint, but months have passed with no response. All we received was an automated acknowledgment saying they had received our submission. Since then, there has been no follow-up, no evaluation, and no communication. This company seems to lack any proper system or structure. It feels like everything is handled by a single person at the front desk. The fee was deducted without clear justification because they had our bank account information and could charge us directly. They also told us that if we didn’t pay, they would withhold our deposit. So, we had no choice but to pay. As for the deposit, we were initially told it would be returned within one month of moving out. However, it turned out we had to log into their website and manually submit a request. If we hadn’t done this, we wouldn’t have received the deposit at all. Even after submitting the request, we didn’t receive the deposit within the promised month. We had to file another complaint, and after waiting for another one to two months—over two months after moving out—we finally received the deposit. This whole process was unnecessarily complicated and unprofessional. Regarding the cleaning fee, we had discussed it with the front desk. When we signed the lease, they mentioned it was included in the contract. Later, we did find a clause in the contract stating that additional fees would apply, and another clause mentioned that the fee would be based on the area of the space. However, at the time of signing, since the contract had many pages, we specifically asked the front desk which fees we should pay attention to, but they did not mention this fee. So, for anyone signing a lease in the future, it's crucial to thoroughly review the contract. There were quite a few little hidden costs like pantry facilities, which made the experience feel unpleasant and lacking in transparency.

Do not get an office here. HQ/Regus is unethical and deceptive at best (downright predatory at worst). They cannot provide stable internet, reliable HVAC, or even private office spaces. I've had a contract here for nearly a year, and it has been a huge mistake. HQ/Regus will charge you extra when you join. They will charge you extra when you leave. They will charge you extra to switch offices. They will charge you extra if don’t set up automatic billing. HQ/Regus even charges you $40 per month PER SEAT in your office (not for each employee at your company) just for coffee. HQ/Regus doesn’t provide table-stakes office amenities. There is no filtered water. No complementary tea or coffee. No guaranteed internet. There isn’t even fridge space (the fridge is full of filtered water pitchers and usually a big case of bud light). There is no way to switch the lights off in your office while you work. And no, there is no way to guarantee the light in the bathroom will stay on long enough to use it—unless of course you want to get a screwdriver and modify the light switch timer yourself (this was actually suggested to me as a solution). HQ/Regus’s offices are not private. The walls are paper thin. If you have a neighbor on a zoom meeting, well now you’re on the same zoom meeting. If you have a neighbor providing therapy, now you’re in on the therapy session. If you have a neighbor editing a horror film, well now you’re stuck listening to the crude sounds of their film for the rest of the afternoon while you work (all of these things actually happened). HQ/Regus doesn’t provide reliable HVAC. I had many days where I worked in an office near or below 60º and many more where some unknown thermostat was dumping hot air into my office well beyond a reasonable temperature. HQ/Regus doesn’t guarantee internet connectivity. But seriously—take that in—it is an office that won’t take responsibility for days that they aren’t able to provide internet. The WiFi is insecure and completely unreliable. They require that you provide sensitive device information and modify your DNS routing to access their internet (even though it doesn’t work). For the last four months of my contract I haven’t been able to work from the office because the internet simply doesn’t work there. I have spent literally dozens of hours reconfiguring my internet settings, asking for help, and unsuccessfully trying to log on to the internet. I have had countless meetings and presentations interrupted from blips in the service. I have even had multiple days where I went in early, spent hours trying to get online, and eventually was forced to pack up my computer, monitor, keyboard, and stand to head home so I could simply use the internet. Worst of all, HQ/Regus takes no responsibility for any of these problems. I was told “we don’t guarantee internet connectivity” after months of patiently trying to get the issues resolved. So now I am out months worth of rent despite having no control over the situation (not to mention being charged an additional two month’s rent for terminating my contract). And the icing on top: HQ/Regus doesn’t have a simple way for customers to contact support. There is no phone number to call. No online chat. For any issue you have (billing, internet, hvac, having lights on in the bathroom, etc.), you have to try and find a new way to get help in their app, or ask the community manager who isn’t equipped to resolve most of these issues. Do not get an office here. Edit: The owner of the business opened a support ticket for me. The HQ/Regus support person did nothing for me and closed the ticket. I have a screenshot of an agreement confirming my termination fee would be waived and no one at HQ/Regus is honoring it. This company is a complete scam.

This company is a scam. Do not rent an office here. They charge you tons of random fees and then make you pay almost $700 to end your contract. Plus, the Wi-Fi does not work.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • 414 West Parkway operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with HQ.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, HQ may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
