Needed a quiet spot for some Zoom calls while I was in Denison today, and Desk & Easel totally delivered. Booking a day pass online was quick and easy, and once I downloaded the app, I could unlock the doors and get right in — no fumbling around, no waiting on anyone. Super high-tech and seamless. Beyond the tech, the space itself is beautiful — great lighting, amazing decor, just a really thoughtful environment to get work done in. And Chad, the community manager, was so friendly and welcoming. It made the whole experience feel personal, not just transactional. 10/10, we'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

I have personally worked with Desk and Easel for over five years. I am an attorney that works all over North Texas using coworker spaces all over North Texas for many years. Without a doubt Desk and Easel Is the best coworking space I’ve ever worked with. The owner’s and the management’s attention to detail, customer service, and kindness go above and beyond! Desk and Easel Is a top notch place that is second to none! Dan Cherkassky Partner Powell Law Group

I enjoyed working a half day at a desk and easel. My internet went out for hours and I had to find a place to work for the rest of the day. They had a very nice set up, clean and everyone was really friendly. I'm thinking about going back a couple times a month just to get out of the house.

When looking for a temporary co-working space in the Sherman area, I came across Desk & Easel in Denison. Wendy was able to quickly setup an appointment to allow me to tour the space. She is super kind, helpful and answered all my questions. I used this space for my work for 3 months while getting my home office built/prepared. It's located just off Main Street in Denison and is walking distance from several restaurants. The monthly prices are reasonable and the people working there are great. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to work!

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Desk & Easel may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Desk & Easel.
