I needed a place to work while my house was being packed for a move, and I’m so glad I found The Meeting Place. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and honestly an incredible value. Complimentary coffee, water, and even popcorn (yes, popcorn!)—plus thoughtful touches like a zen room for meditation, printing services, business books to borrow, and strong, reliable wifi. Rob, the owner, is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. I always appreciated our chats. The whole staff is warm and helpful, and the space just has great energy. I didn’t join any of the community events or networking meetups, but there were plenty happening and they looked well-organized and interesting. My only regret? Not discovering this place sooner. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a productive and positive place to work.

I absolutely love The Meeting Place! What sets it apart is the variety of workspaces available—whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, a small team, or part of a larger group, there’s a room that fits your needs. From open shared spaces to private offices for 2–3 people, everything is thoughtfully designed to promote productivity and collaboration. The large conference room is a gem—it feels like a hybrid between a library and a tech hub, lined with great books and equipped with a stage that could easily host 30–50 people. They’ve recently expanded on the 6th floor, and the panoramic views from the windows are incredible—very inspiring to work near! One of my favorite features is the Zen Room—a quiet, dimly lit sanctuary where you can unplug, listen to calming music, and even meditate. It overlooks the library and offers a peaceful escape from the usual hustle of workspaces. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a flexible, well-designed, and inspiring place to work.
At The Meeting Place, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Meeting Place, who is more than happy to help out.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Meeting Place.
