They are a good office suite company. Responsive, and will always do what they can to help you. We once had a problem regarding meeting room hours for the month. They did everything they could to help remedy the situation. Always professional. Regarding the space, offices are modern and they’re always looking to make improvements. 👌

They have a mercenary approach to charging additional fees to their tenants. I was told I would be able to track conference room reservations easily when I first rented my private office from them. I actually have no way of tracking the actual hours they are billing me for. I was just told they redo the calculation AFTER the meeting. I was also told I would receive confirmations for each booking and I now know of 2 bookings in which they forgot to send the confirmation to me. This caused me to believe I was 2 hours shorter in my conference room hours than I actually was and they have billed me significantly for it. When I brought this to their attention they were indifferent to the massive charges I have incurred. Mind you, I rent a private office from them. It was the indifference to the additional massive charges that hurt the most. It just sucks they are like this.

This is a wonderful place for any one looking for an office space. The facility is kept very clean, has well stocked shared spaces, and the ladies at the front desk are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend it.
