Update from Jun 26: --- I reached out via email on Jun 11 (2 weeks ago) as this review response suggested, but still never heard back from them. I continued to be charged extras that were not disclosed during the sales process. For anyone considering Lucid, I would recommend confirming in writing exactly what is and is not included in your office before signing, including blinds/shades and any other basic fixtures. Original Review: ---- I signed an annual agreement for a private office at Lucid Private Offices and was disappointed to later learn that basic shades/blinds were not included in my office. The office has a glass panel facing the hallway, and the hallway ceiling light shines directly into the office, causing significant glare and eye strain during normal work. Nearby offices had shades, and I was not told during the sales or leasing process that shades would cost extra. When I asked for the missing shade to be added, I was told it would be an additional $600/year, just to add blinds to make the office usable. Lucid treated this as an optional add-on rather than a basic office fixture, and the salesperson did not disclose this nor did the Office Manager who was giving the demo of the office. The staff member I worked with was polite, but I’m very disappointed in the policy and the lack of disclosure before signing an annual agreement. For anyone considering Lucid, I would recommend confirming in writing exactly what is and is not included in your office before signing, including blinds/shades and any other basic fixtures.
