DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE UPDATE: BEWARE. Look at their response. They are "sorry" for the review... That's not an apology. This company is definitely nefarious and should be avoided based on my experience .JUST LOOK AT THE RESPONSE FROM THEM BELOW. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE A SERVICE BUT THEY LOVE TO PLAY THE VICTIM. That's sick and twisted! I would have avoid them at all cost unless you want to spend your time dealing with the Texas State attorney general and filing a deceptive trade practice complaint. Their response is inaccurate and false - as expected. I went there in person to cancel. All they care about is their mouse trap. The owner actually demanded (in writing) that I pay $400 to cancel my "membership" and REMOVE THIS REVIEW! LOL Do NOT get a mailbox here as the owner is misleading and a cheating MBA grad who built a mouse trap. They do not care if you no longer have a job at the company you worked for, and they will continue to bill you and threaten you with legal action for NOT receiving your mail here once you sign up. When you try to resolve the dispute, they GHOST you while still trying to charge you. They hide behind their Agreement for "Membership" but they also call it a "Lease." So what is it, a mailbox or a lease? Either way, they try to operate like a landlord but you do not have a landlord tenant relationship. They call their customers members but you cannot cancel. STAY FAR AWAY OR LAWYER UP.

Venture X by Galleria Mall has been one of my favorite locations. Withe access to really cool meeting spaces, video production and podcast studio I have experienced growth in my business as a result. While we also have leased space in another co-working space, more traditional, we enjoy our Venture X partners far more. I'd recommend this concept to others, hands down.

The BEST coworking space in Dallas. The entire team is so helpful and goes above and beyond for you without hesitation. The space is always clean, coffee always available, and vibes are always great. The manager Krystin, is so professional and will make sure your needs are met. If you’re looking for a space for your business, VentureX Dallas Galleria is the place to be.

The staff at Venture X Galleria are always very accommodating, friendly, and helpful! The amenities are great and definitely an upgrade from our previous retail location.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Venture X (Dallas by the Galleria).
Dallas by the Galleria operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
