Great coworking / community space! Management team is super friendly and helpful, amenities are awesome, and their snack game is super. Great view of downtown!

Our leadership team held a 2 day annual planning session at Industrious. We’re fully remote, so we travel to various locations for quarterly meetings. Industrious was a favorite coworking space— super clean, friendly staff, and great snacks. We’ll be back next time we’re in Dallas!

Oh my freaking GOD! This place is like Heaven on Earth! Not only do two certified angels work here to provide you with anything and everything you need while renting a space or simply dropping in for the day, but they also provide you with next level snacks and drinks at no extra cost! I can't recommend this place enough and let's face it, you're doing yourself a disservice going with those cut-rate heathens over at "We-Work..." 10/10

Came here with team for two days of annual planning. Have been to many co-working across the country and this one has the nicest people and is the most luxuriously appointed!
5420 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Industrious.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Industrious, who is more than happy to help out.
