I have been warehousing here for the past several months. Jackie and the team are great! Super clean and well-managed shared warehousing space that's actually in Dallas and not the far out burbs!

So far it's been a great experience. Jac'Lynn is extremely helpful and provides great support in helping get my business moved in. I've already started to do business with another tenant, CMG. The space is safe (controlled entry) and you're able to come in 24 hours a day. There isn't much foot traffic at all on the street. The unit is spacious and you can flex up or down as needed. I've already flexed up once with a lot of ease. I also rented a few shelving racks and a shipping station until I can get my own. Everyone respects the space and is quiet unless they're setting up or just having a laugh with their team for a few.

Fit our business perfectly. If you are trying to avoid awful long term leases with difficult landlords for expensive rent then Polygon is an amazing solution. All in one and for an affordable rate with flexible terms. Great support for tenants too! Everything we can hope for in a flex warehouse and office space.
