They may be known for their matcha, but I can’t talk enough about their Hojicha — just wow, I’m literally over the moon about it! I haven’t had flavorful Hojicha since I first tried it in New York City a few years ago. As for the environment: The space is tucked away and intimate, giving it an intentional feel. The cafe workers were warm and inviting. I really enjoyed my time there and will be returning soon.

Okay, don’t get me wrong, the matcha is really good (especially the 1/2 sweet option), but I had 2 minor things disappoint me. -Wouldn’t make one without ice despite me stating that I didn’t need the drink filled to the top (standard amount of ingredients being used, I’m not greedy 😭). I just wanted to save one for later, without the ice ruining it. I still bought 2, but would really love if they would consider making this an option. -This is very, very minor, but they don’t give discounts to residents who share the same building space as them. Every other coffee shop and business on the street does 🥲 they park directly in front of my apartment, no biggie, but would be a nice offer to those who share the same space.
