The owner Joe Payton gave my client and I an excellent experience with this rental office from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions I had. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, clearly explaining everything along the way. The office itself was clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to great customer service we highly recommend this place!

I attended a corporate training event at GeniusDen on Thursday hosted by ZOHO software at 3106 Commerce st. Dallas TX in Deep Ellum. It was clean and bright (I counted four big old-school skylights with the wire in the glass and a huge glass rollup door) with lots of light. They have a screen and projector and LED spotlights around the space, great sound system, I could hear the presenters even though one had a soft voice. The furniture is cool mid-century and real leather and quality materials. The build out was well done and clearly professionally designed and made. The curtains they slide across the big garage door/window is heavy velvet. There are one-only custom built furniture pieces there, large oriental rugs soften the sound. Clean and smells good. Four bathrooms - no waiting during the breaks. Easy parking in the lot directly across the street. Also Deep Ellum is a cool spot. We walked around to a couple nice spots around and had a great time!

Excellent executive officer space for a small team, clean and well designed, great Deep Ellum location, free on-street parking out front or cheap monthly dedicated assigned parking available in the private lot across the street. All the amenities: four bathrooms (never a wait, even during large events) kitchen, they even have a water filter built into the wall. The space is filled with skylights so there’s natural light throughout the offices and meeting spaces. Best remote offices in Dallas, bar none.
