The parking is a little tight but fortunately I was able to find a space. I love the building. We were thinking of relocating 1 Million Cups Dallas Wednesday morning meetings here. There is an outside patio, cafeteria and plenty of space on the first level. There a lot of beneficial nonprofits that are tenants as well.
Pegasus Park is a very impressive development in Dallas. The entire property has a modern, professional, and well-designed atmosphere, while still maintaining some of the character that makes the building unique. You can tell a lot of thought went into transforming the property and creating a space that feels welcoming and functional. The common areas are clean, spacious, and nicely maintained, with plenty of natural light and comfortable areas to meet, work, or simply take a break. I especially like the combination of modern architecture, open spaces, and the overall professional environment. It feels much more like a modern campus than a traditional office building. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major highways and relatively close proximity to Downtown Dallas and the medical district. The property feels organized and well managed, and the landscaping and exterior areas add a lot to the overall experience. What really stands out about Pegasus Park is the energy of the place. With different companies, organizations, and professionals working throughout the campus, it feels active and innovative without being overly crowded. Overall, Pegasus Park is a great addition to Dallas and an excellent example of how an older property can be transformed into a modern and attractive business campus. Beautiful facility, great atmosphere, convenient location, and a very professional environment. Definitely worth five stars!

It's a very interesting building with sculptures, well-managed grounds, and a safe parking lot. Despite its location near the highway, you get to be in a natural setting with mature-growth trees everywhere.
