★★★★★ 5 Stars!!! Legacy Work Spaces is an incredible place for off-sites if you’re an executive leadership team that wants to get better! It’s all about finding a space that brings peace, focus, and the ability to brainstorm, ideate, and execute! Having facilitated multiple sessions here, I can say the setup is phenomenal. There is some whiteboard space (could be more honestly -> as a facilitator, I love giant whiteboard space!), excellent presentation capability with the big TV monitors, and lots of room for giant Post-it notes. The chairs are very comfortable, and every time I come, the space is spotless, organized, and ready to go! The consistency, cleanliness, and focus of the environment make it perfect for high-energy, productive meetings. A huge shoutout to Sean Winfrey -> He is extremely professional, always on point, and incredibly helpful! Sean is supportive, collaborative, open-minded, and brings a spirit of partnership that makes every interaction outstanding!! He is inventive, innovative, and fully committed to creating a space where people can connect and do their best work! 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Legacy Work Spaces if you are Bryan/College Station and/or Richmond! If you are looking for a great office space, their rates are fantastic -> some of the most competitive on the market! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me!

Perfect space for my business as well as amenities that supported my business needs. Access to a conference room and staffed reception area to receive clients was such an added professional touch that elevated my client’s experience. Sean is an exceptional addition to the staff and was always helpful with any questions or concerns. Also the mgt team is easy to work with and effective with communication. Great location for central BCS!
