I had a pretty disappointing experience here. I lost my grandparents the weekend before my test, so I wasn’t in the best headspace but still showed up early — I was in the parking lot about 45 minutes before my appointment. I ended up checking in 5 minutes late and tried to explain what was going on, but the lady at the front wouldn’t make an exception or even hear me out. What made it worse is that PearsonVUE’s own policy allows up to 15 minutes before being marked as a no-show. It just felt really cold and lacking compassion. If you plan to test here, definitely check in extra early — there’s no room for understanding or flexibility.

Walked in and was treated as hostile out of the gate. Front desk attendant wasn't at the front desk but hiding in the open areas. When approached I was given no introduction told to fill out paperwork for my test with nothing explained. She snapped at about me correcting her regarding my government ID and then was not told I needed to follow someone else to lock up phone before test. Threw off everything for this test and will drive to the much further away testing center next time. At the end of it all I found out the lady that "greeted me" was a VP and the Director of Operations. My team has decided to black list the company since first impression was that of not caring for the customers. Edit: Since this doesn't seem to be an issue to the proctor company I will direct further complaints directly to Pearson Vue for further investigation.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
