I hosted my summer chess camps at Crosshatch BTX and couldn’t have asked for a better venue! The space is beautifully located in the historic McDavitt building—spacious, well-lit, and yet very cozy and welcoming. The layout worked great for both small and large group activities, and the atmosphere added something special to the experience. I highly recommend Crosshatch for presentations, creative workshops, community gatherings, or any event that benefits from both functionality and charm. A true gem in downtown Brownsville!

The “Coca Cola Building” is a great new addition to the Historic Brownsville Downtown area! We currently rent office space in the second floor and love that we are in the heart of downtown. The management is great and friendly! Can’t wait to see more building Downtown be renovated and be used like this one!
