I called at 10 till seven and said I am nine minutes away. I showed up at 7:01. Two gentlemen working inside the store, but they refused to accept the box. Not very good customer service for only arriving one minute after closing when I had left a voicemail that I was on my way won’t be using this one again.
Alexander was so helpful in getting our paperwork notarized!
Worst UPS store ever. Don’t trust this store to ship anything valuable.
I’ve been coming to this store often since I recently moved to the area, and I hate having to write this review because Mateo, Alex, Will, and Daryl have all been fantastic. They’re genuinely helpful and kind every time. Derek, though, is a different story. Every visit when he’s working, I leave feeling unwelcome, like I’m an inconvenience just for needing him to do his job. Customer service is customer service, and if it’s not a good fit, it’s probably not the right role. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get in touch with a manager, so I had to resort to leaving this review instead. Four out of five employees making a great impression says a lot about this location, but the experience really shouldn’t depend on which staff member happens to be at the counter.
Needed help locating a package and was met with a “tough crap” attitude. They messed up my spectrum equipment return. Never come to this location.
