DISCLAIMER: This review reflects my personal experience, my recollection of events, and my understanding of the Regus terms I reviewed. Apparently even leaving an office review now requires the legal equivalent of body armor. In my personal opinion, DO NOT BOOK WITH REGUS. Based on what I personally experienced, the way this was handled felt EXTREMELY predatory and, frankly, I feel swindled. Regus is currently telling me I owe $2,912.38 for an office agreement that I dispute knowingly entering into. My understanding at the time was that I was completing an application / credit approval process to see whether I could move forward with the office. I entered my signature, but I did NOT submit my card information and did NOT click what I understood to be the final Submit button. Within minutes, I called the salesperson and told him I was still deciding and needed more time. To me, he sounded noticeably irritated that I was still deliberating. I never later contacted Regus and told them I had decided to proceed. I never moved in. I never received keys. I never received access credentials. I never used the office. I never made a payment. Then I was later contacted and told I was behind on payments for an office that, until that point, I had no idea Regus considered active. Fantastic system. Also, READ THE AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS VERY CAREFULLY. Based on the Regus terms I reviewed, my understanding is that a 3-month agreement requires 2 months’ notice to prevent renewal. In practical terms, that appears to mean your deadline can arrive about one month into a three-month term. Also read the restoration fee language yourself. Based on the terms I reviewed, my understanding is that there is a mandatory restoration-related charge that may reduce the deposit ultimately returned when the agreement ends. Another term that stood out to me: based on the agreement I reviewed, my understanding is that air conditioning may not be available outside normal business hours, and additional fees may apply if you want after-hours A/C. Because apparently climate control can become an optional expansion pack too. I also recall being told by Regus staff that any remaining portion of my deposit could take up to 90 DAYS to be returned. My dispute with Regus is still ongoing. If they resolve this fairly, I will be sure to update this review accordingly. But based solely on MY personal experience and what I personally encountered: I WOULD AVOID REGUS. I genuinely felt like I needed a forensic investigation just to figure out how Regus believed I became a tenant.

Regus is a very reliable and consistent co-working space with open spaces, conference rooms, and offices for day use or long term lease options. I have used many all over the USA and find them one of the best options with very competive pricing. Highly recommended.

One of the main reasons I continue to rent an office at the Regus @ Four Points Centre is due to the management. Jay and Tim have consistently provided exceptional customer not only to me and my staff, but equally important, to my clients when the visit or call.
