Years ago it was great, they gave us great space and it felt like it was our office. As they found more long term people, we got worse and worse options and were stuck in closets by comparison. They will also try to use their contract to lock you into renewing, even when the service they provide drops every month. If you do it, stick with a month-to-month because the product will change for the worse.

This place is trash. They do not show any form of customer service and are only there to charge up as much fees as they can. Poor communication and terrible customer service.

Log Masters Restorations frequently utilizes Regus offices across the country, it pains me to write this negative review for their Austin location, but I believe it’s necessary to share our recent experience to inform others. We've successfully used Regus in other states to support our business model, which involves remote operations before setting up physical shops. With plans to start operations in Austin by late fall, we chose Regus once again, expecting the same level of convenience and service. The office building itself initially seemed impressive—clean, safe, and with ample parking, which ideally suits our clientele. However, the service we encountered was a stark disappointment. On my visit on May 20, 2024, the receptionist was unaccommodating from the moment I arrived at 8:30 AM, which was exactly when the Regus floor opened. Her demeanor was off-putting, significantly contrasting with the friendly and helpful attitudes we’ve experienced at other locations. Our primary issue arose with a specific Google verification requirement that necessitates filming the office surroundings and the lobby. Despite being a straightforward task, the local Regus staff, including a salesperson named Terrance, imposed unnecessary obstacles. They prohibited recording in the public lobby unless we rented an office for the day, and even then, recording in the lobby area was restricted. This not only complicated our verification process but also seemed to misunderstand or disregard Google’s clear requirements, causing significant inconvenience. Despite my efforts to comply with these challenging conditions, my submission was rejected, likely due to inadequate lobby footage and sparse neighboring street signs. I am now considering another costly trip to ensure the location meets Google's standards, but I am inclined to find an alternative site that perhaps values customer needs and understands business requirements better. Given this experience, I recommend that potential customers consider other locations or providers who offer better flexibility and customer service. I hoped for a smoother operation with Regus Austin, but unfortunately, it has only added unnecessary hurdles and costs to our business setup.

Staff lacks basic courtesy and efficiency, making the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this Regus office.
